Maintenance Millwright (Manufacturing)

Our client in the Manufacturing Industry is looking to hire a Maintenance Millwright.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Follow established systems, policies, and procedures. 

·         Adhere to Health and safety regulation. 

·         Housekeeping. 

·         Report problems to Management.

·         Attend to standby duties

·         Attend to mechanical/electrical breakdowns

·         Attend to mechanical/electrical maintenance

·         To maintain and repair all mechanical and electrical plant and equipment  

Requirements

·         Matric

·         Trade certificate 

·         No criminal record

·         Must have 1 year experience working in a similar environment

·         Experience in flexible packaging plant and equipment will be an advantage 

·         Must not be colour-blind

·         Must be hands on

·         Must be able to read and understand mechanical/electrical drawings

·         Must be able to read, speak and write English

·         Must be computer literate
