Job title: Medical Sales Representative

Role Overview
Experienced and driven sales professional specializing in medical, dental, or laboratory devices.
Must have a proven track record in medical device sales and consistently achieving targets.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and technical product knowledge required.

Key Responsibilities:
•Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key clients.
•Provide technical product knowledge and device demonstrations.
•Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new product developments.
•Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
•Perform administrative duties, including accurate filing and record-keeping.
•Manage sales calls, client meetings, and product demos effectively.
•Travel as required for client visits and industry events.

Requirements:
•Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing (one or more).
•2–3+ years’ experience in medical, dental, or laboratory device sales (essential).
•Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
•Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
•Strong administrative and filing skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
•Reliable car and valid driver’s license.
•Willing to travel regularly.
•Strong reporting discipline (daily/weekly/monthly).
