Our client in the Finance is looking to hire a Receptionist/ Office Assistant

 

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Perform reception duties in and efficient, professional, and courteous manner.

·         Answering of telephones

·         Log/Transfer information on calls received.

·         Welcome clients/guests to the office. 

·         Tee/coffee making for meetings and directors

·         Taking Minutes 

·         Typing letters

·         Collecting/sending mail 

·         Managing couriers and parcels

·         Vendor Applications

·         Managing of Fleet/Vehicle keys and licenses 

·         File data and perform other routine tasks. 

·         Order and maintain relevant office supplies. 

·         Perform related duties as requested by management.

 

Position Attributes

·         Good computer literacy and typing skills.

·         Ability to execute tasks punctually, quickly, and accurately.

·         Excellent communication skill.

·         Have basic knowledge of accounts.

·         Trustworthy.

·         Team player.

·         Analytical thinker and problem solver.

 

Requirements

·         Qualification in Reception and Administration

·         Matric

·         Valid driver’s licence
