Job Title: Operations Director
Location: Johannesburg

We are seeking a highly experienced Operations Director to provide strategic leadership and oversee our national operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across control room, technical, and operational support functions while driving customer satisfaction, compliance, profitability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
•Lead and manage company’s operational, technical, and control room functions.
•Drive operational efficiency, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
•Oversee incident response, escalation management, and operational risk.
•Ensure compliance with PSIRA, company policies, and client requirements.
•Manage operational budgets, resource allocation, GP margins, and cost control.
•Develop, mentor, and lead operational teams to achieve business objectives.
•Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
•Drive operational reporting, governance, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements:
•Grade 12
•Diploma or Degree in Security Management, Risk Management, Operations Management, Business Administration
•Valid PSIRA registration Grade A.
•Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•8–10 years' experience in the security industry.
•Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior operational management role.
•Proven experience managing technical, control room, and operational teams and supervisory structures
•Strong knowledge of incident management, compliance, operational planning, and risk management.
•Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and commercial management skills.
•Experience engaging with senior clients and operational stakeholders
•Experience managing operational budgets, overtime and operational cost control
•Experience in compliance, audits, PSIRA requirements and operational governance
•Experience working within high-pressure operational environments requiring after-hours availability
•OHS, First Aid or Risk Management certification
•Strong operational and commercial management capability
