Job title: Broker Administrator - New Business (Pretoria East)

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients
•Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings
•Assit in the preparation, processing and administration of new policy applications
•Maintain up to date records of clients policies and ensure all documentation is accurate
•Monitor policy renewals, updates and cancellations
Provide ongoing support to excisting clients, addressing queries and resolving issues
•Assist with policy amendments, claim prosesses and any ohter client service needs
•Manage the organize client files, records and correspondence
•Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations
•Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
•Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client accquistion and retention
•Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies and ethnical standards
•Stay updated with charges in industry regulations and market trends

Qualifications and Skills:
• Matric
•2 or more years experience in life insurance industry
•Computer Literate
•RE5 will be an advantage
•Astute & atwork will be an advantage
•Afrikaans and English fluent speaking and writing
•Valid driver license and own transport
