Sales Representative (Retail)

Location: Durban

Salary: R9 000 p.m. plus commission

Responsibilities:

·          Manage and assist all Vodacom Stores

·          Manage a team of Rica Agents and ensure that all targets are met across KwaZulu Natal.

·          Experience with Vodacom M2 and C3D

·          Retain existing business by building positive relationships with key personel and providing excellent service

·          To ensure that positive relationships are built with customer base at all levels.

·          Accurate feedback must be is given to customers.

·          Ensuring that customers recieve professional, accurate quotations within 48 hours of the request.

·          Feedback to customers via telephone and e-mail.

·          Attention to detail on all admin

·          Great Relationship building skills and deadline driven

·          Able to perform well under pressure.

·          Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately

·          Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails;

·          Ensuring the feedback is sent to head office timeously and accurately including reports

·          Acting as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets

·          Gathering market and customer information

·          Reviewing sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

·          Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements;

Requirements:

           ·          Must have own car and valid driver’s license

           ·          Grade 12/ Matric

           ·          Responsible, trustworthy and honest

           ·          No criminal record Minimum of 2-3 years experience
