Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist in identifying and targeting potential clients
· Follow up on leads and facilitate initial client meetings
· Assist in the preparation, processing, and administration of new policy applications
· Maintain up-to-date records of client policies and ensure all documentation is accurate
· Monitor policy renewals, updates, and cancellations
· Provide ongoing support to existing clients, addressing queries, and resolving issues
· Assist with policy amendments, claims processes, and any other client service needs
· Manage and organize client files, records, and correspondence
· Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and client presentations
· Work closely with brokers, sales teams, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
· Support the development and implementation of strategies to enhance client acquisition and retention
· Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards
· Stay updated with changes in industry regulations and market trends
Qualifications and Skills:
· Matric
· 2 or more years’ experience in life insurance industry
· Computer literate
· RE5 will be an advantage
· astute & atWORK will be an advantage
· Afrikaans & English fluent speaking/reading/writing
· Valid driver’s license & own transport
