Team Leader (Unified Communication)
Our client in the Unified Communication Industry is looking to hire a Team Leader.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Leading an installation team during installations.
· Project managing a project on-site and assigning tasks.
· Ensuring proper Health and Safety on site.
· Installation of equipment.
· Installation of cabling and determining cable runs.
· Termination of equipment / cabling according to best practice standards.
· Comprehensive knowledge of proper tool usage.
· Mounting of equipment on any surface required.
· Neatening and labelling of racks.
· Implementing solutions according to technical schematics.
· Following instructions and working together with the assigned team.
· Adhering to safety standards and regulations, this always includes use of required PPE.
· Keeping an installation site neat and clean.
· Preparing equipment, cabling and consumables for installations according to the solution required.
· Being available to work overtime when required.
· Being available to travel for installations when required.
· Completing training required.
· A minimum of 4 years installation experience.
Knowledge and Skills
· Strong team leading capabilities.
· Good communication skills.
· Able to handle immense pressure.
· Good time management essential.
· Good planning skills.
· Strong attention to detail is essential.
· Must have valid Driver’s license.
