Duties and Responsibilities:
· Assist with administrating of all SAASTA tenders and quotations
· Sourcing of quotations
· Preparation of RFQ/P for purchasing of goods and services and evaluating PPPFA
· Maintenance and record keeping of supplier’s documents
· Administration of once off, multiple year payments and contracts
· Administrate the supplier payment process by registering, processing and forwarding invoices from suppliers to finance for payment
Qualifications and Skills:
· NQF Level 6 in Supply Chain Management or related qualification
· Two (2) to three (3) years’ experience in Public Sector Procurement
